Her role in the company revolves around Office Management, employee recruitment and hiring, staff welfare, maintaining company culture, handling disciplinary actions and creating a safe company environment . She holds an undergraduate degree in Botany from Scottish Church College, University of Calcutta . Presently she is pursuing Master's in Business Administration from Manipal University Jaipur . She is an avid reader and holds an ardent love for poems and songs . She is a passionate reciter since the age of four and is actively engaged with elocution. 'Aiming higher and keep doing the hard work to reach that height' is the motto she believes in.
