About Soumi Chakraborty

Smt. Soumi Chakraborty is our Director. She is the driving force behind the company’s transformative and innovative potential. With a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology, a PGDM in Child Care and Mental Health, and over 15 years of expertise in psychoanalysis, she galvanises the company’s different divisions and teams behind one shared vision. Eventually, skills can be taught, strategy can be studied, and an appreciation for art or literature duly acquired, but kindness and empathy - are the cornerstone qualities of good management that the employees of Novomine associate her with.

She is also a Melvin Jones Fellow (MJF) member of the esteemed Lions Club International Foundation and is widely known in the community for her continuous contribution and involvement with some renowned non-profits of Kolkata for humanitarian aid.
